AS665 Concrete Batch Controller
The AS665 (incorporating the GSE665 Controller)
The system has been developed to allow for a multitude of concrete batching features.
Operator Control
- One entry per batch
- Viewing of all Weight and Water with Targets on one display if out of tolerance.
- One device to control all weighing and water needs
- Recipe selection can be done either by a recipe number or a mix design code. (Alfa numeric are available)
- Tolerance and Accept Input Function
- One ticket generated for each batch
- Full audit with respect to ticket numbers generated from the third party system
- System customized for customers application
- Moistures and product compensation for moisture
- Water is controlled via the system and reported on the final batch docket
- Adjustment for water trim throughout all mix designs in % value

- Maximum Load Restriction of Set point
- Interlocks can be turned off and on if a sensor is faulty.
