Fork Lift Scale
Electronic Fork Lift Scales are easily installed and can be fitted to most hydraulic fork lifts.
Shown in the picture, the standard system is mounted in a way that positioning can be easily altered for the height of the driver to allow for safe operating level for the driver
The pressure sensor is installed to allow for easy service.
Can be used to measure axle weight and whole vehicle weight when two or four weigh-pads are connected together.
iFork Fork Lift Scale by Cascade
The Casade iFork work on most forklift trucks with an ITA hook on carriage. A full wireless system makes the installation extremely easy and still give accuracies of approximately 0.1%
The system is not Trade approved in Australia but is approved in the USA (NTEP) which shows the system does meet a very high level of both accuracy and precision.

The Avery Weigh-Tronix FLSC Forklift Scale System includes a durable, front-mounted scale carriage with accurate Weigh Bar® electronic weight sensors and a choice of two in-cab instruments. The system allows operators to easily and quickly capture legal-for-trade weight data en route, without extra steps
Note this system allows for a wireless control from the stock (carriage) to the actual weighing indicator, making the system simple to install and service.

Taking the lead, Avery Weigh-Tronix is bringing to the market an unrivalled combination of technology, quality and after sales support. The system is compatible with most industry standard bodybuilder fittings and is interchangeable with most existing installations.
One of the major benefits of digital loads cells is the simplifying effect they have on the cable system when compared to alternative analogue cells/systems. The cable is reduced to a single leg running down the chassis and from four cores to two.
With no junction box connections, the number of cable joints on a comparative 4 cell system are reduced from 60 (analogue) to just 8 (digital). This auto-electric approach improves reliability in a practical way by reducing vulnerable components.
