PL3000R Platform Scales
The PL3000R platform scale is a low cost, trade approved scale.
The system has Australian Load Cell Companies, Kelba, Load Cells and is Trade Approved in Australia.
PL3000 Platform Scales
Industrial strength fixed deck weighing platform. The system comes with Kelba KA1000 load cells. The system is designed and built within the Associated Scale Services factory.
Custom Sizes welcome at little to no extra cost.
PB3000 Platform Scales
The PB3000 is an industrial platform and is designed with a floating deck to prevent side loads causing damage to the load cells.
This system is for areas where multiple fork lifts are in use and collisions with the scales are expected.
Customized Sizes are welcome.
PB3000HD Platform Scales
The PB3000HD Platform Scale is designed for EXTREME high usage environments where the system is continuously knocked or higher capacities are required. The PB3000HD is built at the Associated Scales Factory to ensure the highest quality in the products used and in the manufacturing process.
PB3000 Drop Center Platform Scales
The PB3000 Drop Center is designed for the use of trolleys, pallet jacks and tubs on wheels to allow for a low ramp to be used.
As the system is very low the angle for the ramps is gentle enough to easily push wheeled devices onto the scale.
As Associated Scale Services manufactures these units within the Acacia Ridge factory in Brisbane, custom sizes are welcome.
PB3000RW Over Head Platform Scales
The PB3000 Platform Scale is designed for Extreme Wet Environments where the system is continuosly around water. In the case of pitted platform scales, the pit drain can b blocked and the load cells can be damaged by being submerged. Weighing errors are also introduced by the ater level. The PB3000RW has the weighing system above the platforme thus reducing the affect of these issues.
PL3000 Aluminium Platform Scales
PL3000 Light Weight, Industrial Aluminium Version
The Aluminium PL3000 has been design to allow a high capacity platform to be easily moved by one person (approximately 11kg for a 600mm x 900mm Scale Base) but still be as strong as the standard industrial platforms.

Weigh Beams
The AM2406 Weigh Beams are designed for user flexibility at an economical.
As Weigh Beams are mainly used for ease of transportation, the weight of less than 25kg complete is an asset.
- The AM2406 Beams are design for a maximum capacity of 3000kg.
- The feet used on the AM2406 are rectangular for greater stability.
- A polyeurothene casing under the beams protects load cell cabling
- Warranty for the AM2406 is 12 months from delivery
A & D HW High Capacity Platform Scales
The A&D Mercury HW High Capacity allows for capacities of 300kg (Trade Approved) or 600kg capacities on a base of 890mm x 700mm.
AM2407 Pallet Jack Scales
The AM2407 Pallet Jack Weigher allows for weights to be taken directly from the pallet jack without having to take the product to a fixed scale.

PL3000U Platform Frame
The PL3000U Scale Frame is designed for weighing of items via a pallet jack that can be lowered onto the outer shoulders of the frame. This is used were the items being weighed are the same size. NO ramps required.
