Concrete Batching

The operation of the batching console has been design to prompt the operator for all relevant steps.

• Entering of the actual mix design recipes code to prevent mistakes with numbers that are to represent these recipes.
• The system prompts for actual meters of product. This prevents the operator forgetting this entry and only batching 1 meter
• A ticket or batch number is also entered. The number automatically increments by one after each batch but can be easily changed if required.
• Reporting is via either a printer / data logger (CSV file for Excell) or through industrial communications (ethernet)
